五月，浅夏气息已悄然弥漫北京城，而位于延庆区的八达岭长城景区也迎来一年中绝佳游览光景。在景区停车场，运送旅客的巴士络绎不绝，一路上游人如织，昔日的雄关漫道，如今正展现出勃勃生机与活力。
记者在景区乘坐南线地面缆车，一会儿工夫就抵达了南四楼。翻越陡峭的坡道，登高望远，只见雄伟的长城在崇山峻岭间绵延不绝。
记者所在区域是去年底刚对外开放的八达岭长城南城延长线，全长1245米，从南七楼一直蜿蜒至南十六楼半。北京八达岭文旅集团有限公司副总经理翟艳伟介绍，这段长城在排除险情和病害后，保留了残状。开放采取小规模、预约制形式，让游客可深度游览。
未来3年计划修缮长城精华重点段落3700米
从南城延长线往西南，便来到花家窑长城，这是居庸关西北重要长城段，始建于明中期，关口内山头上建一独处的敌楼，俗称斜楼，实际上为菱形，这一独特造型在长城建筑史上非常罕见。
与八达岭长城景区建筑形态完整不同，这段长城保留了岁月洗礼留下的“印记”，更具历史沧桑感——两侧垛墙有的参差不齐，有的已消失不见；敌楼有的中室顶部已坍塌，有的则墙壁残缺。
据延庆区文物局副局长刘满利介绍，该段长城修缮工作已完成十年，墙体两侧多采用三层砖封固，一是为保护游人安全而又不至于破坏原貌，二是为了防护病害。“对于长城来说，抢险永远是第一位的。对于已排除安全风险的城段，则要采取最小干预、修旧如旧的原则进行修缮保护。”刘满利望着远处说。
长城因修缮保护得以延续旺盛生命力。延庆长城资源丰富，境内长城总长179.2公里，分为砖石长城、石长城、土长城、山险等多种形态，其中砖石长城总长度26.6公里，主要集中在八达岭段。
截至2023年底，延庆共开展长城抢险保护项目50余项，修缮城堡19座、墙体22247.96延米、敌台106座、烽火台10座，砖石长城抢险修缮率达到88%。未来3年计划修缮长城精华重点段落3700米、敌台5座，并根据实际情况机动开展长城遗产抢险修缮工程，实现砖石长城全线无险情、其他长城险情处置率100%。
长城脚下的守护人
数十年前，八达岭西延伸段长城脚下石峡村村民梅景田开始默默守护家乡的长城，把掉落的长城砖一块一块搬回长城上，一天一天迈着坚定的步伐行走在长城上，一步一步从中年走到老年。
在梅景田的带动下，该村居民自发组成守护长城的志愿服务队伍，定期到长城进行捡垃圾、制止不文明行为等志愿活动，年轻人更是积极参与进来，为守护长城、传承长城文化贡献新想法、实施创新行动，成为长城的“守望者”。
曾被北京市文物局评选为“最美长城守护人”的刘红岩就是其中之一。在刘红岩的引导下，记者跟随她穿越一条陡峭的山路登上石峡关长城。这条路布满碎石，两侧横生杂草、堆积树枝，道路狭窄仅容一人通行，走完单程需40分钟左右时间。从2019年正式上岗，刘红岩在这条路上已走了5年，单周就要走5趟。
监测险情、清理碎石、捡拾垃圾、劝阻不文明行为……这是刘红岩的日常巡查工作，有时遇到不听劝阻的游客，她会耐心跟着劝导。
“一个女子，为何要受这样的苦？”刘红岩告诉记者，“我在长城边上长大，长城也是我的家，我要像守护家一样守护它”。
延庆区还组织了长城保护员培训班，刘红岩从未缺过课，长城病害险情判断、墙体植物清整、日常巡查管理……她给记者展示了她的笔记本，密密麻麻记录了长城保护的相关知识。“只有掌握了知识和本领，才能更好保护长城。”刘红岩说。
长城特色文旅产业带动乡村振兴
石峡村因长城而建，也依长城而兴。石峡村始建于明朝，留存多处历史遗迹。近年来，该村大力发展以长城文化为特色的文旅产业，形成了“石光长城”等诸多远近闻名的品牌，每年都吸引大批海内外游客。
据石峡村党支部书记、村委会主任李汉东介绍，以民宿为代表的特色文旅产业带动了石峡村经济发展，村民收入得到了很大提升。接下来将继续提升服务质量，挖掘、展示更多长城文化以及中华优秀传统文化。
据介绍，以石峡峪堡关城遗址、葫芦井、练兵场、烧窑厂等村里现存的遗迹为基础，未来石峡村还将推出两条深度游路线，分别是将士巡边、边民生活场景游览路线，再现古时石峡村历史风貌。
延庆区文化和旅游局副局长侯琳告诉记者，当前延庆区正逐步扩大八达岭长城延长线开放区域，探索开展探险穿越、长城研学、旅拍等，丰富长城文旅新体验，进一步提升长城文化的吸引力和活力。
近年来，延庆区一直坚持长城文化赋能，推进文旅体农融合发展，举办八达岭长城文创大赛及民宿文创大赛，实现八达岭长城中国礼、万里之约中国情等优质项目落地。持续打造“长城人家”“长城村落”文旅联盟，培育“长城村落”、10余家“长城人家”精品民宿，着力培育京郊休闲农业与乡村旅游“打卡地”。开展“京畿长城”国家风景道(延庆段)建设，重点推出“徒步关沟”“骑行关沟”“穿越石峡”等风景道品牌，推进长城文化带转化为长城产业带。(完)
